Temporary Housing

When life throws you a curve ball and the unexpected happens, we are here to help.  If you are not able to stay in your home, we ca provide temporary housing for you in RVs.

Temporary housing can be as short as a couple of months, as you fix part of your home, or it might a long-term rental, such a complete house rebuild.  We can work with you to fit your need.

Benefit of renting a RV?

Our RVs usually are larger fifth wheels, travel trailers, or lodge/destination trailers.  We select floorplans that have large wardrobes in the master bedroom and usually have multiple sleeping options.

One of the big benefits for RVs – they are fully furnished.  Unlike an apartment where you would have to either buy furniture or rent it, RVs come standard with beds, wardrope/dresser, kitchens, bathrooms with storage, dinette/kitchen table, seating in the living room, and TVs.

Who rents a RV?

People that use temporary housing be a homeowner.  Maybe they had a house fire or mold remediation or flood/water damage.

We also work with those on the front line during a natural disaster such as linemen.

What is included?

We provided RVs that are fully equipped with what you need.  You have enough on your plate, let us help provide you with comfortable and safe place to sleep.  All our RVs come with kitchen supplies, bed linens, and towels.  We are happy to supply a detailed list.

What are available options?

What is available is always changing and it depends on the size of your family.

Here is one example:  Sabre Fifth Wheel

How does the process work?

You need to file a claim with your insurance company.  Let the insurance company know you would like to rent a RV as your temporary housing option.  Then we handle the rest.

We will work with your insurance agent to see what your policy allows for renting options, it is in the Additional Living Expenses (ALE) Loss of Use portion of your homeowner’s policy.

Once we get the approval, we will work with you on delivery. Then work on getting proper electric, water, and sewer hookups.
