Williamson RV Rentals - Largest RV Rental and Rental Management in Indiana
Here are some of the most common questions we receive. Please browse our questions and answers. If you still have questions or would like more information, please reach out either by email, [email protected], or give us a call, 812-216-5640.
What kind of RVs do we rent?
RV, camper, and recreational vehicle are interchangeable words. We rent our driveable units (or motorhomes) and travel trailers (towable units). Specifically, we have travel trailers, fifth wheels, Class Cs, Class Bs, and Class As.
What is the cancellation policy?
When booking directly through us, 50% refund of the reservation total up to 30 days before pickup, no refund within 30 days of the reservation start. We do allow a 24 hr grace period after booking to receive a full refund, if you are 14 days prior to the start of the booking.
Life happens, so we do have a Trip Insurance Option. Please visit, Trip Insurance – Williamson RV, for details.
Is delivery an option?
We offer pick-up and delivery options in Indiana. You can come to us to pickup the RV and, if needed, leave your personal vehicle with us. We also offer RV Rental with Delivery which includes fully set-up. If you are interested in RV delivery, reach out to us and we discuss the specifics.
Are there mileage charges?
Trailers and fifth wheels: unlimited miles, we do not have mileage limitation.
Motorhomes: there are so many free miles included with the trip and then there is a cost for overages. You can drive anywhere you want in the US and Canada. Most of our motorhomes include 100 miles/night with overages at $0.45/mile, with some exceptions. Please reach out for specifics.
Are pets allowed?
Most of our RVs are dog friendly. We do have a few RVs that do not allow pets. This is usually listed on the RV details but feel free to reach out as well. There is a pet fee. We do not allow cats or other animals.
Are the RV cleaned before each rental?
Yes! The RV is always cleaned and ready to go for your rental. This is part of the “Prep Fee” that we charge.
Can the awning be used?
Yes the awning can be used. HOWEVER, please be very careful with it. Put it away when you aren’t there, sleeping, windy, or raining. If you are sitting out enjoying it in good weather, then enjoy, other than it is recommended to roll them back in. They are expensive and break easily; insurance will not always cover it so this comes out of the renter’s pocket if they break.
I am new to RVs, are there any instructions?
For every rental, our walk through can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour usually. We go over all details of the RV that you will be using. You can always text or call us if you have additional questions.
Is smoking allowed in the RVs?
No, smoking is absolutely not allowed in or around the RVs.
Are we listed on other sites?
Our RV rentals are listed on other platforms, RVshare, Outdoorsy, and RVnGo. These platforms, like ours, are a rent-by-owner model.
